Katie is the most hardworking and dedicated real estate agent I have ever worked with. She helped me find my first home and I’m grateful to her for everything. At times she was more than a real estate agent, a friend, a therapist lol. Some agents do the bare minimum but that is not the case with Katie. She will send flyers and knock on doors to help you find your dream home. Available for whatever you need practically 24/7. A bad review on here is angry sellers that didn’t like being told things they didn’t want to hear. I was there and she was in no way unprofessional. When dealing with lazy, uncooperative sellers like the one in that review; using foul language and name calling; you will want Katie to be there to have your back. She won’t let anyone walk all over you like those sellers tried to do. I highly recommend if you want a honest and caring agent who will go above and beyond. Thank you Katie and Kristin!!

She was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. I had a closing with last week and this woman not only overstepped her bounds by acting like a lawyer (she is not.) She was also barefoot, cris crossed in a dress while she was packing up mailers for other clients. She was extremely rude to my realtor and my partner and she shot nasty looks and comments the entire time. I would avoid her at all costs.
